Already this spring the kids have had fun with water. Between having the sprinkler under the trampoline, little pool, slip and slide, and sprinkler, there is no shortage of fun.

Part of spring in Alberta includes snow. June 3 was no different. Frost came a night earlier than forecast but I'm hoping the garden is OK. I covered everything Friday morning when the snow came.
The flowers are starting to fill in nice and the rhubarb is growing like crazy. We are not tired of rhubarb cake yet. I will post pictures of the flowers and such later.School is done now for the year. The kids are very happy and looking forward to 3 months off. They have been taking turns staying at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Chloe now is at Aunty Marta and Uncle Jeff's for a few days. The deal was when Russell finished his school he could spend 2 weeks with Grandpa. Well, the work was finished and he is off. So needless to say the house is quiet and 2 adults don't eat very much. I'm use to cooking for 4 with leftovers. Everyone is enjoying themselves. Chloe and I will be making a trip to see Russel though.
